High/Low: Brass Paper Towel Holders, Two Ways
Can a simple paper towel holder be a functional thing of beauty?
The answer is an emphatic yes, if Oji Masanori, the Japanese designer, has anything to say about it. Like all of his metal creations, his brass kitchen roll holder is an elevated, elegant iteration of a humble object (and has long been on our wish lists).
Recently, we spotted a similar arched brass option; have a look:
High
Above: The Platonic ideal of paper towel holders: The Brass Paper Towel Holder by Oji Masanori for Futagami has a cherry wood piece that keeps the roll in place; $275 for the small size and $320 for the large size from Nalata Nalata.

Low
Above: The Brass Paper Towel Holder is $78 for the large size from Shoppe Amber Interiors. (Also available from Roan Iris and June Home Supply.)
